Shipping and Handling
To USA: We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95. To Canada: We charge a flat shipping rate of $14.95.

  • We use variety of delivery companies such as USPS, UPS Ground, Canada Post to ship all of our orders going to United States of America or Canada. 
  • Orders are usually shipped out within 2-4 business days, and arrive within 4 to 15 business days within USA and/or Canada.
  • For faster delivery, please call 1-800-519-1889.
  • Shipping of free samples costs $9.95 flat fee and is done via Regular Mail. No tracking # will be provided.
  • Shipment to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO and Canadian Territories will be done at the same price, but will be shipped by Regular Mail and will take from 10 to 25 days to arrive.
  • PLEASE NOTE - ALL OF OUR ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM CANADA, you might incur customs charge depending on your country's customs fee regulations.


Cancellations
If you want to cancel, please contact us immediately at 1-800-519-1889. If we are able to cancel - you will be charged 15% cancellation fee.


Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unopened merchandise. WallUSA.com offers several convenient ways to return merchandise.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR ORDER FOR REFUND, YOU MUST CALL US AT 1-800-519-1889 TO OBTAIN A RETURN ID NUMBER. WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THIS ID!!!

Restocking fee of 30% will be applied to all refunds. We only accept returns within 30 days after purchase. We only accept unopened rolls. Shipping fee is not refundable. Please allow 4-8 weeks for refund to process.

We offer NO exchanges. Please order samples before purchasing to verify colors and how it matches.
